To respect both our time and yours, please note the following policies: 1. 24-Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Required Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service price. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service total. Same-Day Appointments: The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including same-day bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule a same-day appointment within the 24-hour window, the 50% charge will still apply! 2. Lash Extension Services: Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required when booking any lash extension service. This deposit is deducted from your total service fee. Cancellation/No-Show for Lash Extensions: If you cancel or no-show within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded, and full prepayment for future bookings may be required. 3. Refund Policy: No Refunds on Services Rendered: We do not offer refunds for services. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will address any concerns or discuss possible adjustments to meet your expectations. Refund on Deposits: Deposits for lash extensions or other services are non-refundable unless we make a change to the appointment due to our fault. 4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies or unexpected events may occur. If you find yourself in an emergency situation or dealing with an unforeseen issue, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate you, but this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 5. Payment and Card on File: When booking online, a valid card must be on file. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is applicable (cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours). By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any cancellation, reschedule, or no-show fees as outlined in this policy. If you do not have a valid card on file, please contact us directly to make arrangements before confirming your appointment. 6.
